Kayunga District Council Sitting.

Kayunga District Local Government held a council session at the District headquarters chaired by the District Speaker.

Previous minutes were approved. 

The District recruitment plan was approved. 

Replacement of a member on the DPAC was deffered to the next sitting.

The area land committee for kayunga sub county was passed and approved. 

The motion to blacklist 2 companies namely Giira Construction company and Hest Engineers was pushed to next council after further investigations. 

Thee DRDC Mr Baleke Solomon Trevor applauded the councillors for playing mature politics. 

He informed them that land evictions have stopped untill elections are over.
